Steve works with manufacturers, construction companies, e-commerce and real estate syndicators in all aspects of tax, accounting, business management and succession planning. He obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from UC Berkeley, and his Masters in Taxation from CSU – Northridge. Additionally, he holds the Certified Valuation Analyst credential from NACVA, offering business valuation and assists in M&A due diligence. Steve is fluent in Russian.
